Why hasn't DIEGO GODIN's rating gone up? His last rating change was in 2009 and he had a great world cup.

Additional Details

His last rating change was a year ago. Since then, he has moved club and also starred at the World Cup. Why then, has most others, who played at the World Cup had a rating change and DIEGO GODIN not??
