Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

Why has the Cardiff job been offered to someone not in our game world for 8 days and still going on

Iv clicked on help and it says that job offers that are not replied to become vacant after 5 days, well home come in 6274 the Cardiff job has been offererd to someone not even in that world, and it has now been 8 days and its still offered ?

Must be a bug. You can go report it. Click 'help' on the top right of your screen then click report bug.
