How do I get SM to add a new real life club into the database?

Additional Details

There are new real life teams that are joining the S-League(Singapore) and M-League(Malaysia League and i want them to get added into the DB just like how Montreal Impact(a real life new club) got added.

    I don't think you can do anything. SM will automatically when reviewing leagues and players add new teams and players to the database. You can suggest to add new players but I don't think there is an option to add teams. Leave it to these people.
