Why has my players value not gone up after a rating change?

Alvaro DOMINGUEZ went up to an 89 rating but value stayed the same as when he was 88 rating! He shud be worth the same as my other 22yr an 89 CB (Toby ALDERWIERELD 11.3m)but DOMINGUEZ is still worth 6.6m!!! Its been three days since the rating changes from spain. I also have Iker MUNIAIN who has stayed at 10m even tho he is now 19yrs an 89 rating (i think i remember Gotze being worth 13-14m when he was 19/89 before his rating change). The message saying that someone in my squad or on my shortlist has had a rating or positional change has not appeared at all since the start of the spanish rating changes (an ive had all together around 70) and also the Reports tab now states players have gone up in rating in the last rating change when they have stayed the same, is it because its xmas an SM is running on skeleton staff!!

    You have a valid question but its tough for anyone to give a good answer. These factors aren't in our control and how SM deals with this stuff is unknown to us. Maybe they are seeing the real life demand or interest in a player. Like for Gotze- he is so highly rated, all major clubs want him, he has won Bundesliga and played Champions League and he has also already played for Germany rather than Muniain that's why maybe his value is greater. The last time they made rating changes for England and Spain teams they didn't send messages maybe due to some technical error. Been almost a week now and I believe that everybody playing the game know by now. Hopefully they don't make the same mistake again.
