I just opened and English Game world with my friends and I bidded for a player worth 30m and so did my friend . The offer i made was worth 35m and the offer my friend made was worth 31m and his got accepted. Is it because he bidded first or just random?
usually the manager takes the bid which is worth more.maybe you saw sth wrongly.or its sm's fault.

If you made a 35m offer compared to 31m then you're bid should also have been accepted and the player should have joined your team. I don't understand how you're bid wasn't accepted. Whenever you are bidding for players of unmanaged or external clubs, the person with the highest bid wins. There is no such thing as first priority or randomness. The trick is that if you bid the highest, then you sign the player.
