Basically there's a some players in my squad who randomly have a morale boost and some who just have their morale low whether play a game or not. So I want to know what affects their morale and how their morale can be boosted etc.
morale is affcted by first team experience, even as a sub, being loaned out and their wages.if these are not addressed quickly, they will develop concerns and you may hand in a transfer request.boosting morale is doing the opposite, like giving them first team experience, recalling them back from loan and increasing their wages by giving them a new contract.

Boost morale by playing them, offering a new contract.
