Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

if u dont meet the chairmans demands, can u get sacked?

i got promoted and he wants mid table

There some leagues where the rules are that if you finish in the bottom 3 or so you will get sacked. Apart from that I have never heard or seen a manager get sacked if they don't meet the chairman's demands. If you don't achieve mid-table doesn't matter. You will not be sacked.
