They are playing very good, but very low in soccermanager. Why is that?
Leagues aren't updated weekly/monthly, every four months for the big leagues (PremierLeague, La Liga etc.)
If they carry on sure expect big rises, most notably, for Andy Carroll, Kevin Nolan, and Joey Barton.

When the Premier League was last reviewed it was less than half way through the season. SM won't give established players major ratings changes based on so few games.
You should also bear in mind that players usually only get 90+ ratings if they are performing in Europe or internationally at a good level.
