I tried to swap one of my players with a team from another league it says if players offered there chairman wants more than my chairman will let me give if i offer a player how can u swap players with this in place
I think you are saying that your chairman does not value the other player enough to allow you to actually bid on the player you want, right? As he values the player you own more highly?
This is not the system failing to work properly. It is just your chairman stopping you from trading a player he values for one he values less.
It should be clear what you can, and cannot offer, when you are trying to bid on a player. It tells you what the max your chairman will allow (in terms of players, or cash) and also what the other chairman will require as a minimum amount (in terms of players, or cash).
