Why is there no cap on the amount of Foreign players allowed in the squad in line with current Premier League rules?

Additional Details

I have seen squads with no English players consisting only of cheaper foreign players. In real life this would not be allowed be allowed to happen because of the current rules. Is SM introducing a rule to tackle this?

    It would be difficult to apply as only a limited number of gameworlds bear any resemblance to the league structure and rules in England.

    Although SM could apply the rules from each nation, in gameworlds where teams from around the world compete (World Championships for instance) this would be quite confusing and complex.

    You could submit the suggestion to SM thought via SM Suggestions.
