How do i report a manager behaving inappropriately when it does not involve transfers, match fixing or multiple accounts?

The manager in question only logs in at end of each month so as to keep his job but does not log in during the 30 days in between. This is ruining the league for the genuine managers as he does not respond to transfer bids & can never field a fit team as his line up never changes. I tried reporting via the club list but that only allows reporting for multiple accounts.

He is not behaving inappropriately by doing that. He is abiding the rules and SM will not remove anyone from following the rules. I understand your frustration, but he isn't doing anything wrong.
