I have conditioned my team so that most of my players are close to 100% fit for each game. The team morale is spot on, my tactics are tried and tested with the team I have built and I just lost a home game to a team that in player ratings terms, is pretty even. The thing that's really hit a nerve is that the team I just lost to, has a team who are full of low morale and unhappy players, 7 of the team that played were as good as injured (43% fit, 60% fit etc) the worst of these was the striker who finished the game 19% fit and pretty much should be in a wheelchair, yet this same player scored a hat trick, got a 10 rating and the man of the match award. This goes against ALL of SM Managers own systems for working out results. They take into consideration whether you're home or away (I was at home) player stats (Pretty much even) player morale and fitness (I was playing a team of crocks and low morale players while mine were in peak condition and happy) etc etc What on earth is happening with the results? This last month has been really out of place.
I've experienced the exact same thing.
Played a team of players who had an average of around 92, same as mine. That's fine.
The problem was the manager hadn't logged on for nearly a month and his starting 11 were almost entirely NMF. My players were 100%. I lost.
I get that on any day any given team can win a game. But not when your players would be unable to physically compete for 90 minutes because they're as good as hospitalised.
This does need looking into.
