I cant figure out how to create a ticket.

well i am in help at the bit that says no open tickets but it doesent give me a option to open a ticket this is very frustrating.

    You should see something on the left of this page saying Report Bug then you should see something saying Create Bug Ticket. You click that and create your ticket.
