I cant report a dodgy transfer, it says deal with computer when it wasnt, any ideas?

Someone bought a 90 rated player, who was asking for a transfer due to lack of games, from another manager for 40m, i dont see the option of reporting this. it says deal with computer when it wasnt. Having looked at the two managers, they both have clubs in the exact same leagues. This is blatant multi account cheating.

    You could send the creator of the game world a message, thats really all ya can do if you cant report it on the transfer menu

    If the player had requested a transfer the chairman deals with offers not the manager.
