i need some balance to buy good players and make my team strong. How can i get extra balance to rebuild my team?

    You need to buy and sell youth players that rise in ratings. I've done it with one team. Started with 15 million, now worth 270 million :)

    There isn't easy to get cash in this game. But there are 4 ways to increase your income:
    a)Winning a lot of games : It's increase your fans, so your incomes in Merchandise and Gate Receipt.
    b)Go to upper division : Your Chairman will give you some cash to make you able to compete in better division.
    c)Winning a cup or league : You will get a price money.
    d)Selling and buying : Buy a player which have a higher Chairman Value in your team and sell them for cash only after they Transfer Ban gone.It's the most effective way to increase your budget but is gonna take long because of Transfer Ban on player.
