advice on formations

i'm currently struggling to find a formation that works for my team, its like i need aspects of one but then other aspects of other formations, i really can't find the sweet spot, basically what i'm wanting is 3 CB's, 2 Wing Backs, 2 CDM/CM's, 1 CAM/CF and 2 Strikers or 2 CAM/CF and 1 striker, but all of the formations are either not quite right defensively or offensively. I think the best way of describing what i'm wanting is the 5 part of 5-3-2 Sweeper and the offensive half of 4-3-1-2, so basically 5-3-2 Sweeper but one of the CM's in CAM/CF/a bit further forward, would using the arrows achieve this, i'm not entirely sure how the arrows operate

    try the 3-5-2 formation with the 2 right and left mids making runs...works real well for me in most of my game worlds, good luck!
