I have reported illegal transfer (money transfer). How long it takes to get unfair manager fined?

One manager in my world, created fake account, joined the club, and bought a player worth 10mln from his primary team for 22mln, and resigned from the club. When can I expect having this player fined for such an action?

yes same thing happening in a couple of game worlds i am playing, so obvious they are cheating and its annoying, one player worth 32 mill went for 54 mill, another 6 mill went for 14 mill, both transfers performed by same 2 clubs within 3 days
