Could someone help with a little advice. I try to rotate my squad every game to start with a team at 100% fitness, as a result over half my squad now have concerns, what sort of fitness level will a player still perform well? How do others work squad rotation?

ive always tried to have my starting 11 no lower than 97%, (96 at a push)
With the regards to the player concerns, i think this is a change they have made recently, totally unrealistic and ruining the game in my opinion. I rested a couple of players and straight away they were unhappy.
