why isnt that enough for the offer to go through? i thought 11.5 was higher than 10.1

Bojan's value is much higher than Santa Cruz's value. Bojan is 20 years old with a rating of 88 and Santa Cruz is 29 years old with a rating of 89. The person offering Santa Cruz must add additional funds in order to complete the deal.
