Hello there I this will be my fourth season in charge of this squad. and sadly I have been relegated down to the 2 division. but some for some reason I can't get a win!!!! I have looked at the other squads and I remain shocked at why I can't win with the players that I have. can you please help me on this matter, as it is very annoy and nerve racking.

Switch to 442 diamond.
Play your reserve team in Cup/Shield games.
Play counter attack, tight marking, men behind the ball and offside traps.
Set tacking style and mentality to normal
Make sure that you rest players when their fitness levels are under 90%.
Play fast tempo and press all over the place.
