Sometimes there are clubs in Game World that seemingly have monopolies over all the "good" players. It is your job as manager to build your squad. Since SM constantly reviews ratings, there are always new good players that emerge.
For example, once I bought Alexandre Pato for nearly 4 million and now he is worth well over 22 million. I would suggest to do some scouting for low rated players that have good upside.
