Problem with pre-owned custom game

hi i have a problem to soccermanager, someone create a Custom Game World named
TOP CHANNEL LEAGUE
ID:37424
now the gold member of the creator has expired and i want to buy that Custom Game World .but when i go to the shop under
Pre-owned Custom Game World
when i put the name to search it cant find it.what i can do?

    I just ran the ID that you supplied and received no results either.

    Either you have the wrong ID or there is a bug. If you believe there is a bug and that is the correct ID, then simply click on the Report Bug link at the left of this screen. Otherwise, you will need to find the correct Game World ID.
