transfer fell through

another team in my league recently tried to buy a player from me, i accepted the transfer.
the transfer fell through according to the report, "The deal for Izale MCLEOD has collapsed as the squad size of Milton Keynes Dons will fall below the minimum 21 size limit or the squad size of Barnet is too big or the Club will have too few Goalkeepers."
this isnt true as i have 24 players in my squad. and they have 22 in theres, and he is a striker. an faq also states this could happen if there is a change of manager, (the manager hasnt changed)
they have since bid again,but for less money, if the deal goes through this time im losing money grrr but it will prob cancel again.

    Do you have any players on loan? If you squad size is 24, but you have 3 players on loan, that means your squad size is really 21, since the loan players are not taken into account since you do not own them.
