What do i do if my players have issues like lack of games and wage issues

what does minor issue or major one mean? some have red arrows pointing up or green down, what does all that mean?.
Answers
well if he has a wage issue offer him a new contract but if he has concerns about games it could be best to sell him as he will not perform aswell with concerns.
