how do you get rid of a non participating manager from an active game world, manager refuses to respond to transfer bids even when asked to?

a manager in one of my game worlds, just lets bids on his players sit there, even though he logs into the game world, the world is actually quite active, and it is just a nuisance and annoying, i have asked him in pm to either start responding to bids even if they ate to reject the bids, but he refuses to do so.. this is ruining the game world.. being the game world owner i should be able to remove him as manager of the club...

    I have the same problem, unfortunately there is nothing we can do as he is doing nothing rong. :(
