Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

They are currently reviewing Ukraine, and Devic is rated too low at 87, when he is compared with others in his league and in his own team.
How can I ask SM to take another look?

You can debate ratings with fellow SM members on the forum via this link - http://www.soccermanager.com/forum.php There are specific sections there where you post your question.
There is no way to really debate ratings with SM directly since they do not discuss individual ratings.Answered by
