Why are some of my players retiring at ages that a footballer wouldn't retire at?

and in their player bios they say they all play for football teams in the real world.
Answers
Some players retire early due to various reasons ranging from pursuing a career in coaching or even to begin to run their own business. Some retire due to injury or health-related problems (i.e. Ruben de la Red). Age isn't the only factor. Not all players can have longevity like Maldini or Van Der Sar to name a few.
