    Francesco is right although you can have more than one free account as long as you do not try to join the clubs in same gameworld using different accounts. This is against the rules and is likely to result in you losing some or all teams.

    There is no maximum if you are a Gold Manager or if you continue to purchase club slots via the SM Shop. If you are not a Gold Manager and/or have not purchase any extra club slots, the maximum is either 2 or 3 clubs, depending on when you signed up for SM.
