Question
When a player is injured in a match, does he get replaced or does the team just go on playing with 10 men?

To be honest I don't think either happens as the match engine is not sophisticated enough.
I think the injury is merely shown on the match report as having occured at a certain time.
Although the injury supposedly took place during the game I don't think it has an impact upon the match outcome and no substitutions are made besides those you set up.
