Additional Details
Does this affect players having the nationality of the country being reviewed in any country they play or just those who play in the leagues of the countries being reviewed ?
And what happens in case the player is loaned to a team in a different country ? Is he also prospect to change ?

All players that play in the league being reviewed will be reviewed regardless of their nationality, age, or any other criteria.
