How do i report a cheat in Claretsmadworldlegue when the SM transfer monitor is off and the league owner will not turn it on?

Wrexham sold a 85 player to Hayes and yeading for £22m then the manager left and joined the team with the money! I believe Matty Spike is the same person as Mohin Baguns manager as they have done many £20m+ deals for 84 rated players this season.
Answers
You can't report transfers in a Custom Game World where SM monitoring of transfers is turned off. The manager bought the Game World and has full right to control the settings as he wishes.
