Can you review the English League One Teams?

Additional Details
Can you review the ratings of players in the League One of the English football league. I ama Brighton fan and noticed that if you choose a "new" albion team there are players in the squad who left the club months ago. Plus players across the league deserve a rating review - Is this planned or can it be done please?
