can you reserve for free if you are a gold manager

it says when you are a gold manager you can reserve for free but when you become a gold manager you can't reserve for free
Answers
Reserve Clubs and other SM Shop items such as Custom Game Worlds are sold separately from Gold Management purchases. If you purchase Gold Membership, you do not get free Reserve Clubs, Custom Game Worlds, etc.
