Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

pse kur pranoj ndonje oferte te mir nuk mund ta pranoj ose kur une deshiroj ta blej ndonje lojtar me atung te lart nese i jap nje ofert me te lart per at lojtar ju po e bllokoni transferimin edhe a mund te me jepni ne menagjim barcelonen

The SMFA can and will block any transfer that they deem is unusual and/or dubious. However, this does not mean that the SMFA have accused you of cheating, as they have only blocked it to ensure the Game World remains fair. If the SMFA have blocked you from conducting transfers with another manager, they will not reverse their decision and it is advisable to look elsewhere to conduct your transfers.
