when wil my game world b created? i hav chosen like 100 teams but my game world has not been created. nd how wil i know which team i wil get

as i mentioned i have chosen too many teams but paid only for 1 and when will the next opportunity come coz i can create as many as i want yet there is no sign of creating anything. SM lacks in explaining things...gud to play but definitely can improve in giving basic idea
