Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

only way to get for free is by inviting 10 of your friends to sign up...or you can buy £1.99 a month

You will need to purchase it, but you can invite friends to join the site or help translate to get additional free Gold Manager days.
