Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

How can I trade players and money with external clubs?(maybe a bug!!)

Additional Details
I mean most of the times the clubs saying they don't want to trade and the value of the trade is bigger the the value of the player. Is this a bug?

you can always trade money and players with external clubs, but with unmanaged clubs you can only trade with money - no bug!
