y do my players keep getting concerns?

most are concerned about lack of games, 1 for e.g has played 22 games this season & his concerned level is rising????
another is concerned about being loaned out, however he wouldn't even get in my squad if i kept him.
needless to say i am confused & bemused by this?

As far as I know is that player concerns are a message to let you know that either you don't play or pay them enough. I think all in all, is that it is time to sell them as there is no way to satisfy a player as your wage bill will increase to a point that you will be running a loss or the game will sell for you.
