Player concerns - I have inherited very unhappy players

I have recently accepted a new job within a game world and the previous manager didnt play alot of my star players. Hence they all have concerns of level 3 or more. I have only had the team for 2 weeks (therefore 4 matches) and played these players to reduce their lack of games concern but one of them just handed in a transfer request. Surely this is a little unfair as I havent even had the chance to address their concerns!

It's like this to stop managers quitting and then reassuming control of clubs just to lower the concerns.
When you join any club you inherit anything good or bad left by the previous manager, finances, squad, concerns... sometimes the things you inherit are good or bad.Answered by
