I know the results go off certain factors but what are these? How is my team not winning games anymore when the average rating is 95?

my last four games have been draws ive tryed changing my tactics and line up but still cant get a win. My usual starting eleven is

Ramos--Silva--Chiellini--Evra
Nasri-Fabregas-Busquets-DiMaria
-----Ronaldo--Messi------
Subs Pepe Wilshere Gerrard Young Walcott Aguero Pato
No matter who or what i play i cant win, anyone got any advice on tactics and team selection?

Because you probobly do not know how to manage and fit the team play, players morale are probably low and do not want to play for you anymore. You should start of with a 88 ove team again then there morale will go up.
