Unmanaged clubs being taken over and resigned?

In my game world, three or four teams with in-demand players have gone unmanaged recently. Obviously there is the seven day transitional period before you can buy from them. However, every single time it gets to the seventh day, someone takes over the team then resigns immediately, starting it all over again.

This is currently happening to two clubs at the moment and its ridiculous, its obviously another player doing it to prevent others from getting the good players. Is there anything can be done about it?

    I'm Afraid Theirs Is Nothing That Can Be Done With This. But If You Believe Someone From The Gameworld Is Making Multiple Accounts And Doing This, I Suggest You Submit A Ticket.
