When can I change economy level in my custom game world?

Additional Details

Set it at richest then changed it to poorest to see what difference it made then went to change it back to richest and said Ive already edited the rules this season or it is no longer turn 1? I'm still in turn 1 so when will I be able to change it back to richest?

    This is explained within the Online Help:

    During the creation of your Custom Game World you can select which Advanced Rules you wish to have in place and thereafter once at the start of each new season prior to Turn 1 being played by going to My Game Worlds and clicking on Game World Admin.
