SM have blocked me doing transfers with all managers from the set up, i havent done anything wrong, how can i fix this?

SM have blocked me doing transfers with all managers from the set up, i havent done anything wrong, how can i fix this? ive been playing sm for years, i havent cheated, we have many friends and friends of friends in the set up, i was told one of my friends friends is a gold member and he reported me because i wouldnt sell him a player and said that he pays to cheat because he had another squad in the set up, now sm has blocked my deals, how can i change this or maybe manage my team with another account without losing them, it is impossible to carry on playing, ive got a wicked first team a good secound team and youth who will be first team, but what happens next, i jus watch my first team get old and i cant sell them! please help, neg senok
