Do Player Concerns ever go away?

I am refering to concerns about lack of games. I have a player that has been playing more than his fare share of games and SM have not removed his concerns. I have managed to keep it at level 1 for 8 months. Player averages 10 league (European Championship) games a season as a starter (Yaya Toure) and some games he comes in from the bench, plus minus 5 games.
I know you can loose your players if they reach level 5, but has anyone removed the player concerns of lack of games? How? How long did it take?
If nobody has an answer, how do I get in touch with SM for clarification on this player concern feature.

Yes, they do not go away from one day to another. You will have to use the player(almost all games) and when SM examines the concerns then the player will drop. For example, if he is at level 3 he will go at level 2 etc until he goes to 1 and then 0 concern level. From level 3 to level 0(which means no concerns) you might need more than 2 months, but this depends on how much you use the player.
