How to win games ...................?

Additional Details

I can never seem to win games even though i have a average rating than the other team. Does it depend on other factors such as morale , condition etc. Can anyone help?

    there are a lot of ways to win a match. If you have a good squad, then all comes down to tactics. Find the one that really works for ya. You can win using a 4-4-2 sistem, or a 5-3-2 sistem, or a 3-5-2 sistem... it depends of your players, the caracteristics of them. there is no secret ! analize your rivals, your matches, your players.. you will figure it out, don´t worry

    most managers tend to stick with their formations and tactics even when their team is losing, you should take advantage of that by mirroring their formation,tactics,etc..IF,you have a higher average player rating..if not then pick a formation that suits your team... for some reason 4-4-2 pwns 4-3-3 and 4-5-1 works well against 4-4-2, hope this helps
