can players learn different positions

Additional Details

Eg. a player with CB position only and I play him at RB in time will he have learned that position ?

    no the player position is based on his real life.

    Sorry but that is not possible.
    The player will only have good performances on the positions he currently have.
    The player will not learn any new position unless he does it in the real life.
