How do I report multiple accounts when the second manager has already resigned from the club?

Additional Details

It appears the only way to report multiple accounts is by going to the game world club list clicking on multiple accounts and then selecting the **CURRENT** managers of the clubs you believe are multiple accounts. This poses a problem as in this situation the second account will only briefly manage the second club to invoke a 7 day transfer ban in order to prevent a manager from purchasing players from said club. How can I report this violation?
