why is Andre Santos not a free agent

Additional Details
In Marks Mouchel mates world Custom world 63525 he is listed as Arsenal player real club but still at Fenebache (external) in game world! In another world he is free agent where same scenario exists! i.e. Arsenal are in the league and managed, Fenebache are external.
Under the new set up I cant find how to send a ticket! can anyone help me?

I don't see why he would be a free agent. The player is not new to the database, and has not been released by his manager in SM (I assume). Generally a player only becomes a free agent when added to hte database and when his real life club is manageable in the Game World.
To send a ticket go to Help > Support, scroll down and click none of the above and then Create Bug Ticket. What you have talked about here is not a bug though.
