Additional Details

I try transfer players to my club from external clubs. I offer money and player but if I offer players and cash and the value you is fine they still doesn't want only for cash.

    Any offer you make to an EXTERNAL club should be accepted unless the values of the players concerned change. This is unusual. Try again, and if it fails submit a Bug Ticket.

    I assume you are not talking about UNMANAGED clubs which are subject to different rules.
