Soccer Manager believes that most of the answers to your questions are covered within our Help.

I am trying to reject a offer but i cant and i wanna say stuff like '' This player is not available to transfer but is to loan''
Answers
On the tab "Transfer/Loan bids" there are three options: Accept, Reject and Negotiate. Select Reject and select a reason, why you reject(only for managed clubs). If you select Negotiate you can make a counter-offer to the club(managed club only). External and Unmanaged clubs cannot negotiate.
